As always, when in the CHEATS menu, select “Enter new cheat” and then just hit the frets in a specific order to unlock something.

This guy Freddie plays the most awesome guitar hero, with hilarious mannerism and stage presence, lol. You gotta watch it carefully to appreciate all that is going on here…he’s like, the cooler Napoleon Dynamite on Guitar Hero lol!
