What do the guitar hero 3 cheats mean?

What is the definitions of all of the cheats to be unlocked because for one i have no idea what air guitar mode means or precision mode or any of that for that matter.

So could someone be so kindly and tell me what each cheat does, thanks.

Air Guitar- Your guitar is invisible
Bret Michaels Singer- your singer is Bret Michaels(lead singer of Poison)
Easy Expert- I think this makes the notes move slower on expert
Hyperspeed- Makes the fret board move faster
No Fail- You can’t fail
Performance Mode- There is no fret board (You can’t see any notes)
Precision Mode- You have to hit every note dead on in the center; you have to be waayyy more precise
And then there is the unlock all songs and unluck everything ones.
