You probably don’t have the right cord plugged in.. make sure you have the right one hooked to the PS3

they probably need to be synced with the receivers. check the equipment manual.

There is nothing wrong, that means they are working. The red lights blinking means that they are waiting for the controllers to be connected to them. To connect them, hold down the button on the receiver for about 5 seconds. Then press a button on the instrument and the light should blink and then go off. They go off when they are not receiving signals.
